Drip Irrigation

It is a modern technique for watering plants. In this system water reached to the roots drop by drop. Pipes are spread in whole field with small holes or small pipes. Water flows in the main pipe and reached drop by drop to the roots of plants with out wasting water.

Drip system of irrigation is good for sandy soil . This system is good for regions like desert where water is not available in sufficient quantity.
